ISMS Implementation Status Assessment
Černoušek, Robin ; Veselý Jindřich, Ing., MBA (referee) ; Sedlák, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of information security management system and evaluation of the current state using a created tool. The theoretical part contains the basic principles and concepts of the whole work. The chapter on the analysis of the current state introduces the organization and describes the current state of its information security management system. The actual design of the solution is a tool in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, which will allow an analysis of the current state of the ISMS implementation level in the company.
The Design of the Maturity Model for Measuring Effectivity of the SIEM System in the Organisation
Kosková, Zdeňka ; Lukáš,, KUBÍK (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis addresses the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of the SIEM system in an industrial environment. The goal was to propose a methodology that uses a MITRE ATT&CK matrix for ICS for evaluation. The thesis first analyses existing solutions and their potential applications, followed by a description of monitoring evaluation in an energy company, which together with the matrix form the basis of the proposed solution. The main output of the thesis is a proposal for quantitative evaluation of individual techniques of the matrix, such as graphical interpretation and the possibility to share results securely with other CERT teams.
Information security as one of the performance indicators in energy company

Industry 4.0 in a selected cluster
Hykyšová, Zuzana ; Martínez, Felipe (advisor) ; Kubicova, Tereza (referee)
This diploma thesis focuses on industry clusters and their relation to industry 4.0. The aim is to propose improvements of a selected cluster with prerequisites for transition to industry 4.0. For this purpose, a cluster maturity model will be developed in order to determine the current level of cluster readiness for industry 4.0 in predefined dimensions. This model will be based on an analysis of current maturity models and specific features and clusters´s restrictions. An analysis of the OMNIPACK cluster and the subsequent application of the maturity model to this cluster will be also part of the work. The benefit of this diploma thesis will be wider application of the defined maturity model in Czech cluster organizations.
Business model in the era of Industry 4.0
Nohejl, Vít ; Martínez, Felipe (advisor) ; Jirsák, Petr (referee)
Industry 4.0 is the current trend of automation and increasing digitalization of wide range of processes. This trend brings about a revolution in manufacturing technologies, but also has its challenges that influence the labor market. The thesis introduces the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) and provides the most important information for its understanding. It also allows to understand the specific characteristics of business models in the digital society and it clarifies the theory of maturity models. These serve as a basis for assessing the company's level of maturity in relation to Industry 4.0. The next section contains a proposal for improvement of the business model in food manufacturing company. For this purpose, the production process and related processes are analysed and the current situation is evaluated according to the Industry 4.0 requirements. Based on this evaluation, the problematic areas are selected and their specific improvements are proposed. In addition, the work includes a proposal of specific steps that a company must take to be prepared and take advantage of the era of Industry 4.0.
Assessing process excellence with digitalization
Bódiová, Zuzana ; Martínez, Felipe (advisor) ; Lorenc, Miroslav (referee)
The aim of the master thesis is to emphasize the importance of process alignment in The Fourth Industrial Revolution. By mapping of current descriptive maturity models and their application within digitalization, the thesis offers a new process maturity model for the phenomenon referred to as Industry 4.0 (i4.0). The model is based on the theoretical form of previous models, as well as on implementation of newly introduced trends. The contribution of the thesis rests upon the specific solution. The suggested Process Improvement Scheme presents applicable way for improvement of digital process preparedness in project-oriented service organizations and determines main value factors which lead to higher quality of employee processes. In the same time, the master thesis suggest a new utilization of i4.0 principles focused predominantly on manufacturing processes, and therefore includes areas which will need to be addressed in the near future for smooth process transition into i4.0 era.

Metody hodnocení kvality informačního systému
Korn, Alexandra ; Svatá, Vlasta (advisor) ; Blahanravau, Yauheni (referee)
This thesis explores challenging topic of information system quality assessment and mainly process assessment. In this work the term Information System Quality is defined as well as different approaches in a quality definition for different domains of information systems are outlined. Main methods of process assessment are overviewed and their relationships are described. Process assessment methods are divided into two categories: ISO standards and best practices. The main objective of this work is application of gained theoretical knowledge in process assessment with CobiT 4.1 and CobiT 5.0 frameworks, and comparing results. The objective was achieved through consultation with processes owner and the completed questionnaires filled in by management of OnLine S.r.l. Additionally targeted level of capability in CobiT 5.0 is compared with actual, achieved level.
